This website was created to share information about the critically endangered Smith Falls Hybrid Aspen (Populus x smithii).

The vision is to protect these trees and document their condition through sharing research, information, photography and experiences. With enough success, this effort will grow into a non-profit organization with a mission to further protect critically endangered species and habitat of the Nebraska Sandhills, the biological crossroads of the world.
